*IMPORTANT!* We HIGHLY recommend that you book your hotel ASAP as we only have a certain amount of room blocks available and it is first come first serve basis.

We recommend that you stay in a hotel within walking distance from the Hilton to make it easier for you to get too and from the event. Traffic is unpredictable in that area.

Registration starts at 8:30am and we will kick off the event at 9:00am sharp.  We finish around 6:00pm both days.

We strongly recommend that you book your flight home for Tuesday morning (November 14th, 2017) instead of trying to head out after the event on Monday evening, to make sure that you are able to stay for the entire event. We don't want you to miss a thing!

We will be having an optional but highly recommended "Team Welcome/Cocktail Hour" poolside at the Hilton on Saturday, November 11th, 2017 at 7:00pm - We would love you to join us if possible, but it is not mandatory.  Keep that in mind when considering the dates you are booking.
