We will be at the HILTON Gulf Islands National Seashore, 12 Via De Luna Dr, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561.  Check out the Location Here:

What airport should I fly in to?

Our recommendation would be to fly into the Pensacola International Airport.  It is about a 30 minute drive from The Hilton Pensacola Beach Hotel, where the event will take place.  Click here for Directions:

You can also fly into the Fort Walton Beach Airport, but we do not recommend this, as it is a much farther drive.

Where should I stay?

Also, if you Google "Hotels Pensacola Beach" you will see that there are several hotels in the area, catering for all styles and budgets.

*IMPORTANT!* We HIGHLY recommend that you book your hotel ASAP as this is high season for Pensacola Beach and the Rates and Availability of all hotels in the area are changing HOURLY.

There is also an option for you to stay in a "Condo" style place, Soundside Holiday Beach Resort across the street which would have multiple bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen.

We recommend that you stay in a hotel within walking distance from the Hilton to make it easier for you to get too and from the event. Traffic is unpredictable in that area during this time of year.

What time do we start and finish each day?

Registration starts at 8:00am and we will kick off the event at 9:00am sharp.  We finish around 5:00pm both days.

We strongly recommend that you book your flight home for Tuesday morning (July 25th, 2017) instead of trying to head out after the event on Monday evening, to make sure that you are able to stay for the entire event. We don't want you to miss a thing!

What should I bring?

Just yourself.  Workbooks, pens and everything you need will be provided.

Anything else I should know?

We will be having an optional but highly recommended "Team Welcome/Cocktail Hour" poolside at the Hilton on Saturday, July 22nd, 2017 at 7:00pm - We would love you to join us if possible, but it is not mandatory.  Keep that in mind when considering the dates you are booking.
