Where is it?
We will be at the Gaylord Opryland Resort Hotel, 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN 37214. Check out the Location Here: CLICK HERE
What airport should I fly in to?
You can fly into the Nashville International Airport. It is about a 20 minute drive to the Gaylord Opryland Resort where the event will take place. Click here for Directions: CLICK HERE
Where should I stay?
Our room block is Currently SOLD OUT.
We highly recommend that you stay at the Gaylord Opryland Resort if you can.
There is a Holiday Inn Express close to the Gaylord that I believe has a free shuttle to the Gaylord.
If you don't stay at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, we recommend that you stay in a hotel within walking distance to make it easier for you to get too and from the event.
What time do we start and finish each day?
Registration starts at 8:30am and we will kick off the event at 9:00am sharp. We finish around 6:00pm both days.
We strongly recommend that you book your flight home for Tuesday morning (March 10th) instead of trying to head out after the event on Monday evening, to make sure that you are able to stay for the entire event. We don't want you to miss a thing!
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Workbooks, pens and everything you need will be provided.
Anything else I should know?
We will be having an optional but highly recommended "Team Welcome/Cocktail Hour" at the Gaylord Opryland Resort on Saturday, March 7th, 2020 at 7:00pm - We would love you to join us if possible, but it is not mandatory. Keep that in mind when considering the dates you are booking.
