Where is it?

What airport should I fly in to?

There are three different airports that we recommend you look in to:

1.  San Francisco International Airport.  It is about a 1 Hour 30 minute drive from The Embassy Suites By Hilton Napa, where the event will take place.  Click here for Directions: https://goo.gl/5zUJ4X

2. Sacramento International Airport.  It is about a 1 Hour 15 minute drive from The Embassy Suites By Hilton Napa. Click here for Directions: https://goo.gl/Bx4wD1

Where should I stay?

If you would like to stay in the Embassy Suites we have a group code you can use.

Our group code is "BRF" so be sure to reference this whether you are booking online or over the phone.

*IMPORTANT!* We HIGHLY recommend that you book your hotel ASAP as we only have a certain amount of room blocks available and it is first come first serve basis.

We recommend that you stay in a hotel close by to avoid any transportation issues

What time do we start and finish each day?

Registration starts at 8:30am and we will kick off the event at 9:00am sharp.  We finish around 6:00pm both days.

We strongly recommend that you book your flight home for Tuesday morning (March 27th, 2018) instead of trying to head out after the event on Monday evening, to make sure that you are able to stay for the entire event. We don't want you to miss a thing!

What should I bring?

Just yourself.  Workbooks, pens and everything you need will be provided.

Anything else I should know?

We will be having an optional but highly recommended "Team Welcome/Cocktail Hour" at the Hotel on Saturday, March 24th, 2018 at 7:00pm - We would love you to join us if possible, but it is not mandatory.  Keep that in mind when considering the dates you are booking.

Also - we do recommend that you get a Rental Car, due to the distance Napa is from the airports, and in order to get the full experience of the Napa Valley Wineries.

*Please note that there is an $18/day parking fee at the hotel
