We highly recommend that you stay at The Embassy Suites Downtown Portland

If you don't stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel, we recommend that you stay in a hotel within walking distance from the Embassy Suites to make it easier for you to get too and from the event.
What time do we start and finish each day?
Registration starts at 8:30am and we will kick off the event at 9:00am sharp. We finish around 5:00pm both days.
We strongly recommend that you book your flight home for Tuesday morning (May 7th, 2019) instead of trying to head out after the event on Monday evening, to make sure that you are able to stay for the entire event. We don't want you to miss a thing!
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Workbooks, pens and everything you need will be provided.
Anything else I should know?
We will be having an optional but highly recommended "Team Welcome/Cocktail Hour" at The Embassy Suites on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020 at 7:00pm - We would love you to join us if possible, but it is not mandatory. Keep that in mind when considering the dates you are booking.
