What airport should I fly in to?

You can fly into the Boston Logan International.  It is about a 10 minute drive to the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, where the event will take place.  Click here for Directions: CLICK HERE

Where should I stay?

We have a special group booking rate at Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel our event location in July.

Room rate under this booking is $239/night.

PLEASE be sure if you book any hotel now that it is REFUNDABLE.

We highly recommend that you stay at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel if you can.

If you don't stay at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, we recommend that you stay in a hotel within walking distance to make it easier for you to get too and from the event.

What time do we start and finish each day?

Registration starts at 8:30am and we will kick off the event at 9:00am sharp.  We finish around 6:00pm both days.

We strongly recommend that you book your flight home for Tuesday morning (July 14th) instead of trying to head out after the event on Monday evening, to make sure that you are able to stay for the entire event. We don't want you to miss a thing!

What should I bring?

Just yourself.  Workbooks, pens and everything you need will be provided.

Anything else I should know?

We will be having an optional but highly recommended "Team Welcome/Cocktail Hour" at the Gaylord Opryland Resort on Saturday, March 7th, 2020 at 7:00pm - We would love you to join us if possible, but it is not mandatory.  Keep that in mind when considering the dates you are booking.
