Welcome to The 30 Day Retail Challenge!
We are so excited to get you and your team started on this Double Your Retail Sales Challenge! You are either a leader or owner of the salon that is going to help get this program rockin' and rollin' at the level that it deserves to be.

This program is designed so that every day for 30 days, your team will receive a TEXT MESSAGE video message just like this one in a text message. It starts on the 1st of the month and it runs for 30 days straight. I will give them a very simple challenge, like a question to ask their client or a state of mind to be in for the day. If they apply even just 50% of them, the likelihood of them doubling their retail sales is very high!
We have done this program before and people had crazy good results IF they put in the time.
If you have been through the challenge in the past, and would like to do it again, please email email@example.com and let her know the names of everyone who has been through it before. You will not be put in the correct sequence if you don't do this.
1 Month Before: Have a Team Meeting
We highly recommend you call a team meeting and prep your team for the challenge starting at the beginning of the month before the challenge starts.
There are 5 things that you need to remember in order to make sure this promotion is really awesome for your team.
1. Pump up your Team. If you don't have high energy and excitement about this challenge, they wont be excited about it. Be excited about it and pump them up. Your energy will be reflected in their energy
2. Track their Progress. Put up a sign, a sheet, a whiteboard, a chart or anything that will show how much retail everyone has sold for that month. Track it so they can see it and know it's serious and you will put up their numbers.
3. Practice. Practice on a daily basis. One of the best things you can do is get your team together in the morning and talk about the video that you watched. Some people found it helpful to watch the video as a team in the mornings. Talk about what you are going to do for the day as a team and have them practice together the challenge for the day.
4. Praise. SUPER IMPORTANT. Every day you need to praise and acknowledge whoever either sold the most retail that day, or experienced the biggest change. You decide what you are going to praise, but make sure you are praising them on a daily basis.
5. Prize. You don't need to break the bank on this. It could be a $20 gift card for anywhere that they choose for whoever sold the most retail at the end of every week. Make it a big deal when you give it away. It will get their minds going and excited.
1 Week Before: Send out a Reminder
Send out a reminder to everyone, whether that is a text, an email, inside your Facebook group however you communicate with your team, that they will need to be ready to sign up.
5 Days Before the 1st: Get Everyone to Sign Up
Here is how to get everyone signed up. It is very important that you follow these directions EXACTLY.
